Move hostname from BortalLocalContextHolder to jaas username

We have stored the hostname of the event to BortalLocalContextHolder, which stores
The hostname to thread-local storage. Move the hostname to jaas username in the format
of 'username@domain'. Note that emails are allowed logins so usernames might be of format
tuomas@iudex.fi@kauppa.insomnia.fi

Findbugs complains in view-classes about @EJB injected classes not being serializable
This is actually wrong, and actually the injected class is a serializable object which is
managed correctly by CDI and EJB.

This is explained in detail in https://stackoverflow.com/a/45681747

Due to incorrect understanding of the not so obvious problem, many @EJB
annotated fields were marked 'transient' which is incorrect.

We also add 'Serializable' inheritance to many classes which actually
should be serializable

anymore. Most likely this was broken when swagger was updated

Fix parsing of git version from package generation

There was already a somewhat broken version of maven
plugin which saves the current git versions from build
time. Fixed it.. :)

Update maven dependencies.

This commit should not introduce any functional changes.
Mainly this is a version bump for dependencies.
Some package names have changed, and there are few logical fixes.

This commit reduces the ear size from ~67M to ~37M (yay)

DB were already timestamps, so only UI needed a change
