Image servlet race

There is a possible and even likely race with image servlet
which can cause random images to be returned.

Servlets can be called from multiple threads at once, but GenericImageServlet
stores request to local variable, which can be accessed from subclasses.
When called from multiple threads the request can be overriden, which can cause
random data or images to be returned.

Map queue rewrite

Map queue was a global concept. Rewrite and restructure of the code to allow per-map queues. Also changed to use more performant concurrent versions of collections instead of 'synchronized' stuff

Change logo to be a cacheable one

Event logo was created dynamically for every request through the whole stack, straight from database. Each requests logo had also a unique url, which made caching the logo impossible. In the end we were using more time creating the logo than serving requests.

Change logo to be served from /dydata/logo which can be easily cached. Also, if event has no logo image set, create one from logo propertys textvalue.

Conversation keepalive prettifying

on javascript keepalive error give javascript alert() message instead of just reloading the page. When updating the server reload goes to glassfish on nginx 404 page, which is not nice.
