Initial IRCbot implementation

Initial creation of irc bot for moya Also changes logging over JMS topic.
All logging should be moved to provided jms functions so all intrested parties (logging and irc bot) can handle them accordingly

Also update persistence.xml version from 2.0 to 2.1.

project properties -> project facets -> jpa from 2.0 to 2.1

View user metadata in user edit view

- Use JSONView JS library to visually represent User metadata in user edit view.
- Fix rare case of HostnameFilter's MDC logging context initialization throwing a NullPointerException if GlassFish default security realm is wrong (or anonymous principal cannot be set for some reason).

userlog, testfix and breakglass cleanup

- Add user information to SLF4J MDC logging context, so user information can be attached to log rows. MDC is ignored if the logging implementation does not support MDC.
- Fix the code that caused JSON related test to fail. Also add another test to be sure.
- Clean up after jvm-breakglass introspection tool

There also seems to be an eclipse file in the repository and the file changed. Might not be relevant.
