- Removed commons-codec ( Could not get it to propagate via EAR, or otherwise )
  - Added commons-codec base64 libs to LanBortalUtils..
  - Fixed JVM crash problem ( maybe Place FetchType.EAGER )
  - Added graniteds and AXDT flash stuff.. :)
  - Broke everything else!!
