Merge branch 'feature/user-meta-jsonview' into 'master'

View user metadata in user edit view

- Use JSONView JS library to visually represent User metadata in user edit view.
- Fix rare case of HostnameFilter's MDC logging context initialization throwing a NullPointerException if GlassFish default security realm is wrong (or anonymous principal cannot be set for some reason).
